Our Nursery

Chafford Tots to Teens Childcare Services Ltd opened its doors in 2015 and is located within a suite at Lakeside Business Village, Chafford Hundred. Our convenient location offers easy access for parents and carers, with dedicated parking spaces available for those wishing to drop off their children on their way to work.

Our setting is perfectly situated near a variety of local amenities. We are right next to Chafford Hundred train station, offering fast, direct access to Fenchurch Street in the heart of London (just 35 minutes away) and Southend. Additionally, we are within walking distance to bus stops, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Lakeside Retail Park, and local schools including Harris Primary Academy Chafford Hundred, Harris Primary Academy Mayflower, and Warren School.

For security, our building is equipped with CCTV coverage and an intercom system for secure access to the premises.
We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. For added convenience, we offer extended hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for an additional fee. Our setting is open for 51 weeks a year, only closing for one week between Christmas and New Year, and on all bank holidays.

Our nursery is designed with the children’s development in mind, equipped with a wide range of resources including toys, arts and crafts materials, books, and dress-up & role play resources. Every day, our children enjoy mentally stimulating and fun activities that promote their learning and growth.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by spacious outdoor areas, which the children are encouraged to explore daily, regardless of the weather. We believe that outdoor play is essential in laying the foundation for healthy lifestyles, fostering physical and emotional well-being, and nurturing positive attitudes towards learning and skill development.

At Chafford Tots to Teens, we provide nutritious, healthy meals for all children at no extra charge. For more details, please visit our meals page.

We understand that leaving your child in someone else’s care can be difficult, so we work closely with you to ensure your child feels comfortable and settled with us. We place great importance on organising settling-in sessions tailored to both parents and children to ensure a smooth transition.
